Full Description:

I am hosting 2 free Pilates classes on Sat. Oct 18th from 8-9 am and 1-2 pm at my home studio here in Castlegate. Pilates for Pink or P4P is through SHAPE magazine in honor of anyone that has suffered from breast cancer or knows anyone that has dealt with this disease. October is breast bancer awareness month and my sister-in-law passed away from a 6 year battle with breast cancer last January. With my background and wanting to make a difference in my life and the lives of others, I thought this was the perfect event for me to host so I could contribute to the cure. All I have to do is raise $250 so I am asking for a donation of $10 or more per participant. 100% of the proceeds from this event benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Please pay with a check made payable to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or you can donate online at www.bcrfcure.org and enter my info. Please email or call me at 480-988-2288 to sign up for the class by Oct 12 so I know if I need to offer more classes. If you don't want to participate but want to donate, feel free to do so.
