Stroller Strides is proud to announce that with the cooler weather, we have taken our fitness classes back outdoors!! Stroller Strides is a fitness class that new moms can do with their kids. It is a great way to get fit, meet other moms and still bond with your baby. Each class is an hour long and we combine intervals of power walking with intervals of body toning. The first week of classes are FREE, so come and try a class today!
