1 hour workouts 3 days per week for 4 weeks (12 workouts) at Desert Mountain Park include strength training, abs, abs, abs, cardio, resistance bands, karate, boxing, planks, SUPER PLANKS (everyones favorite), mountain climbers (no, this one is everyones favorite!), running, dumbbells, picnic table circuit, plyometrics, line drills, core exercises, stretching, flexibility, fitness test,
lunges, squats, push ups, crunches, dips, speed drills, hopping, partner drills, jumping, surfing, skiing, & cardio city day (ouch), track & field events, baseball, football drills....
